Our Purpose
Kodiact exists to give manufacturers a unified, simulation‑driven operating layer for direct materials, connecting cost, supply, margin, and risk into one canonical model so teams can rehearse decisions before acting and see every ripple before it reaches the business.

Mission & Values
Our mission is to operate as a high‑trust, high‑velocity team that delivers truth, judgment, and simulation to manufacturers, moving with discipline, acting with integrity, and building systems that strengthen decision‑making when it matters most.
Customer VALUE is our guiding principle.
Value the Customer
Every decision begins with the customer. We solve real problems, anticipate needs, and measure ourselves by the value we create.
Act with Ownership
We take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks. Every team member operates with a founder’s mindset — accountable, proactive, and committed.
Lift Each Other
We win as a team. We collaborate radically, support one another, and elevate the performance of everyone around us.
Unite Around Mission
We align our actions to a shared purpose: redefining how manufacturers navigate volatility. Individual excellence becomes unstoppable when mission‑aligned.
Execute with Purpose
We move fast, but with precision. Bias for action, strategic clarity, continuous improvement, and uncompromising quality guide every execution.
Leadership
Decades of experience across procurement, AI, and enterprise software, united by a shared mission to modernize how direct material decisions are made. The Kodiact team blends deep domain expertise from inside supply chain operations with proven track records building and scaling category defining technology companies.

Steve Tucker
Two decades building and scaling enterprise AI companies - most recently as Chief Sales Officer at Evisort (acquired by Workday) and earlier as an early commercial leader at Seal Software. Steve spent his formative years in commodity trading and direct material sourcing, where he learned how price, supply and risk decisions actually get made under pressure.

Dan Daehler
Two decades of building and scaling services and enterprise AI companies – most recently as VP at Seal Software (acquired by DocuSign) and earlier as SVP at Hubwoo. Dan spent the earlier part of his career at Kearney in their sourcing practice before co-founding Intersources (acquired by Hubwoo), a direct and indirect sourcing consulting firm.

Jonathan Lee
An engineering leader with deep experience building production‑grade AI systems, from autonomous multi‑agent platforms to enterprise‑scale architectures, most recently as Principal AI Engineer at a stealth startup. He began his career founding and leading engineering teams, where he learned how resilient systems are built under real‑world constraints. Jonathan specializes in advanced ML systems, grounded in a Machine Learning specialization from Stanford.

Alex Kleiner
Alex, based in London, has deep experience building and scaling enterprise procurement organisations: founder of Frictionless Commerce (first eSourcing platform, acquired by SAP); senior roles at SAP, Hubwoo and Apttus; Coupa's first EMEA employee, growing the region from a standing start to General Manager through its IPO. Alex holds a BSFS from Georgetown and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Jessica Warren
Two decades leading GTM, product marketing and analyst relations for enterprise procurement and supply chain technology - most recently leading global Product Marketing at JAGGAER and Beroe, and earlier driving Coupa’s IPO‑stage narrative. Jessica built and scaled product marketing, analyst relations, and customer advocacy functions across category leaders including Ivalua and Hubwoo, specializing in category definition and narrative hardening for C‑suite buyers.
